Date acquired and new developments:

Forest City purchased Station Square in 1994 from it's originial developers, the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation. In 2001, an expansion of the Sheraton Hotel was completed. In 2002, a renovation to the inside of the Freight House Shops was completed and expansion of the property to include Bessemer Court. In 2005, the Landing & Marina at Station Square was added. |
